Information you share
When you apply for coaching, we receive the contact details, goals, past experiences and support preferences you submit. Please share only what is needed to discuss coaching; do not include medical records, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in this application.
The wellness quiz processes your answers on the page to suggest a coaching next step. It does not automatically send those answers to the coaching application. Contacting us by email or Instagram shares information through those services.
How information is used
We use application information to respond to your inquiry, discuss coaching fit and arrange agreed services. Applying does not enroll you or authorize a payment.
Wix hosts this site and its application forms. Submissions may be stored and processed through Wix; email correspondence is handled through Gmail.
Square provides the linked payment service. Information you enter there is processed through Square under its own privacy practices; do not enter payment-card details in our coaching application.
These providers may process information outside your country. Website platforms may collect device, browser and page-use data and use cookies to operate their services.

Your choices & privacy contact
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you submitted, contact Shayna Kendall at LorelLifeLabs@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before responding. Applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.
Coaching services and applications are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not submit information about a child. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
For inquiries that do not become coaching engagements, we delete identifiable application information and related correspondence within 12 months after our last contact, unless a legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires longer retention. Client, payment and transaction records are retained as needed to provide services and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We send marketing emails only after a separate opt-in, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Service and inquiry correspondence is handled separately.
An application, quiz result or inquiry does not authorize publication of your name, photographs or testimonial. We update this policy when our services or information practices change.
